1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HRH Metaverse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open to medical students, postgraduate trainees, healthcare professionals, and researchers. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Research Projects

• Enrollment in a project constitutes a commitment to contribute to the research.
• Project mentors may accept or decline applications at their discretion.
• Participants must adhere to research ethics, including confidentiality and data integrity.
• Authorship and credit are determined by contribution following ICMJE guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Research outputs are jointly owned by participants and mentors as determined by collaboration agreements. The Platform does not claim ownership of user-generated research content.

6. Code of Conduct

• Maintain professional and respectful communication.
• Do not fabricate or falsify research data.
• Respect intellectual property and cite sources properly.
• Do not share login credentials with others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in academic misconduct, or disrupt the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRH Metaverse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in research projects facilitated through the Platform.
